It depends on your plan. The Quarterly plan covers your home every 3 months (4 visits/year). The Bi-Monthly plan comes out every 2 months (6 visits/year) for more comprehensive coverage. Both plans include free re-service calls if pests return between scheduled visits.

Your first visit is a full interior and exterior treatment. We'll inspect the property, identify entry points and problem areas, treat the full perimeter, eaves, roofline, windows, doors, and foundation. We'll walk you through exactly what was done and answer any questions.
For interior treatments, yes — someone should be home to provide access. For exterior-only visits, you don't need to be present. We'll let you know in advance what's planned for each visit.
